Mr. Nicolas Rios assists his clients with physical meetings, telephone calls, discussions and email exchanges, as well as carrying out all the acts required for your tax issues (written consultations, written or oral presentations, meetings with tax authorities, negotiations with third parties…).

In any event, Mr. Nicolas Rios does not conduct legal or fiscal consultations via telephone as part of an initial engagement.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, the firm charges hourly rates or retainer fees. For certain defined tax assignments, the firm may offer subscription formulas or result-based fees.

The first appointment is complimentary should the client opt to entrust their case to the firm and execute a fee agreement. Alternatively, in the absence of such an arrangement, the cost of the initial appointment (approximately 1 hour) is invoiced between €300.00 and €400.00 excluding VAT, contingent upon the nature and intricacy of the case
